I would have asked her how often she did that.

When I was a teen, despite being very thin, I had a bit of a tummy. My mom
let me see the Dr. by myself. He reached out, pinched my small tummy and
said, "What have we here?" I reached out, grabbed a handful of his big
belly, batted my eyes and said, "And what have we there?" He said no more
about it.
