- "Lamb shoulder arm chops"- spiced, pan seared
then cooked to medium rare
- Mashed potatoes with turkey gravy
- Fresh white corn cut off the cob

I also deglazed the pan with a little water and added that to the
gravy. A simple but very nice meal.
