Nutrition labels for meats are pretty standard.
I dont see how buying a bunch of printed stickers would put him out of business.

He could probably comply with the law by putting up posters with the nutrition information on them.

He needs to investigate further and not just give up.

Would you and his other customers be willing to pay a nickle more to pay for the labels??

That's about what they would cost.
