Well, I have never used egg beaters (only real eggs), but I can think of
lots of things that use egg whites. Angel food cake, for example. When I
was in New Zealand, I had a fantastic Pavlova. Both of those take lots of
egg whites (and the meringue on the Pavlova would not pass as "health food"
even though some people might have said it was "to die for").
