No, I do not take allopurinol.

Yes, trout is *very* high, like sardines, like all fresh fish. My
mistake and I paid for it!

My father had one or two small attacks of gout, was given allopurinol
for a while, then discontinued it. I guess I have it a little worse
than he ever did, or my diet is a little worse, but still based on his
model I guess it's not too bad.

I probably eat less than a quarter of the red meat that he was in the
habit of eating, back in the day, so that's in my favor.
