I've managed to get by without the drugs and without major dietary
limits - so far. With age it may be slowly getting worse, my last
attack after a few trout over a few weeks was scary, I used to eat
those all the time with no problem. And the gout kept moving from one
joint to another so took a long time to clear completely, never had
that before either. Do you know how many joints there are in the foot
- in each foot? OMG.
I could probably eat one tin of sardines per month without triggering
an attack, such red meat, shrimp, mushrooms and beer as I consume seem
OK.
