False economy. We have that at Stop & Shop but I wish they would do
away with it.
You have to spend $200 to get 20 cents off about 15 gallons on a
fill-up. Whoopee, you saved $3. Do away with the card and sell those
same goods for $20 less like they do at Market Basket.
