Your premise is totally incorrect, the lower socieo economic locations
sell the poorest quality merchandise at the highest prices... and they
can because welfare schnucks like you _admittedly_ can't afford to
travel the few miles to stores in better locations... you need to move
from your ghetto to a better hood... get a job and get off the dole.
