Well, I just finished bottling 6 gal. of plum wine, and currently have:

13 gal Welchs Concord
6 gal Peach
6 gal Mead
6 gal Welchs Niagra

Last month, I bottled 6 gal of rice wine, but I don't think I'll bother
with that again. It's OK if you'll drink anything which I generally do,
but there are better uses for a carboy, if you ask me. B-{)

I started in 2001 after our peach, plum and apricot trees dumped a lot of
fruit on us. What a wonderful hobby. B-{)
