You sound like someone with very little to keep track of.

It's a grocery list that I can access from any device - phone, tablet
or computer. One of them is always in reach. I never leave my phone
at home, so my list is always handy when I decided to stop by the
store on the spur of the moment. I can also keep other lists for
other things on it, not scraps of paper that can get lost or left at
home.
