Well, maybe you should explain to Gary why YOU chose, bought and still
live in a house that according to you, is far from ideal. You're always
complaining about its deficiencies and expenses.

Why don't YOU follow Gary;s real estate advice, sell up and buy
something you like more, get a better deal, suited to your tastes and
needs.
