It would pretty much knock out what I need to spend in February.
The "salad" couldn't get any cheesier. Baby Iceburg wedge, really?
For the other things I'd have to go with
Appetizer: Shrimp & Crab Cocktail
Skip the "salad"!
Entree: Steak au Poivre with grilled asparagus and roasted red potatoes
I'm not a dessert person but I'd probably try the Berry Cream Brulee.

That's a very expensive meal, but it sounds like a good way to celebrate and
use up an allotment that you are required to spend. I love shrimp cocktail,
but I would prefer it without the crab. Chefs will sometimes make
adjustments. I have never had chicken Wellington, but I really like beef
Wellington, so I would like to try that. Cream brulee is my favorite
dessert, if it is done correctly. The first time I had it was on a cruise
to Alaska. It was served over fresh raspberries and it was "to die for."
