They just held board elections. I don't know how they whittle down
possible candidates. There are two boards, DIC and DIOA. Four
candidates, two open positions on each board. Who gets elected is
pretty much a crap-shoot. I'd imagine it's a lot like high school,
friends voting for friends. (I don't now any of the people who were
running.) They mail us their curriculum vitaes (because no one would be
so blase as to have a simple resume).
