Yes, it's very flat. Approximately 21 feet above sea level. The
thing that surprised me is given how often it rains it does not flood.
The water has places to go, out to sea.

I suspect that can of Spam will stay in the pantry for another 5 years.
One of these days I may fry some up with eggs for breakfast. <G>
