Merry Xmas to everyone!

Our experience is a little different -- I haven't cooked a thing in two
weeks. 8 or 8;( ???

We're down in St. Martin. No cooking, but still eating very well indeed,
and drinking far too much.

Xmas isn't nearly so big a deal down in the islands. Some stocking caps,
and some bands playing xmas carols on steel drums, but much lower key
overall. Plus the holiday trappings didn't show up at all until this
past week, which was *so* nice.

We did see a taxi on St. Barth's with a menorah on top, and a sign
saying "Happy Hanukah", though I missed getting a picture.
