I'm the opposite. I used to buy russets exclusively. Never big ones,
those things are 1 pound each and I don't need that much. Hubby and I
split a baked one that's 3-4 inches long for dinner. These days, I
still buy russets, but I buy more sweet potatoes and a bag of those
little "gold" potatoes from time to time.
