You can do better than 8 O"Clock.
If you want pure Kona, this is as good as it gets, Cea is a regular
here too.

It will have been roasted within a day of shipping but you can buy
green also.

If you want others, there are small roasters popping up in many areas
with a variety of coffee to try.
