I liked the look of this recipe but need help with a couple of the
ingredients if anyone would be so kind.

Of what does ' Italian cheese blend' consist?
and what do they mean by 'spaghetti sauce'?


1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend, or to taste (optional)
