I find this kind of ironic, because the FDA is concerned about the word
"Mayo" but is now allowing dairies to put polysorbate-80, guar gum,
xanthan gum, and carageenan into the cream and half and half.

The only heavy cream I can find in the area without this shit in it is
Strauss Organic.
