The more non salad stuff you put into them the better they are -)
I like real Greek salads, the kind made with cucumber, tomato, onions,
olives and feta. When I make a salad for myself it has minimal lettuce.
Speaking of salads... years ago I had a Nicoise salad in a restaurant.
It was delicious.
