Julie, the problem is all yours. Normal people make cookies
occasionally. They have also been known to use bread flour and yet
nobody has a problem like yours. If you want to make your diabetes
and other intolerances that you and your family have an unspecified
focus of in every post - then you picked the wrong group to do it in.
