You didn't read what I wrote, did you? This isn't BREAD FLOUR. It is WHOLE
WHEAT BREAD FLOUR and you would not use that for cookies. I also don't EAT
cookies. I'm diabetic. You also wouldn't use a whole wheat flour for
cookies. You would use a whole wheat PASTRY flour and this isn't that!


I did find a recipe. Only one. I will try that the next time that I make
bread.
