It has been several years since I had a colonoscopy. I did not have a four
day low fiber diet at that time. However, I was told not to eat anything
red (and especially no red meat) during that time. The day before the
actual procedure was the only "bad" day when I had to drink what seemed like
gallons of a truly distasteful liquid (the "cleanout" day). I don't know
what you mean by a "virtual" colonoscopy, though. Did you mean the "actual"
colonoscopy?
