Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup. heheh
I said that in jest but I'll bet it *would* go
fairly well with the dry Scotch Eggs.

Personally, I'd make them deconstructed. Fry some sausage, couple of
fried eggs over easy, and some buttered toast. Saves a lot of cooking
time for the same thing.
