That was good, but I think that the poster was asking a real question.

Sandwiches with meat and or cheese on white bread are almost zero fiber.
Eggs and bacon for breakfast have no fiber. Beer, milk and coffee (my
three favorite beverages) are zero fiber. Plain, vanilla or lemon yogurt
are fiber-free. You could bake a nice piece of salmon, and if you hand
squeeze lemon onto it, the pulp stays with the lemon.

I have no idea about your body fat issues, but if you are wanting to get
rid of excess body fat, you could use this as a chance to kill two birds...
by trying out high-fat/low-carb. I mean, you're going to be dissatisfied
anyway. Small doses of senna laxative, and small amounts of MCT oil will
prevent constipation in the absence of fiber. Feel free to email me if you
wish. I *know my shit* about digestive stuff, and I prioritize email.
