I agree, but it will be staged over three days, first the meat, then
the beans, then the slaw, then the melon. Then the salad.
I think the cookies would be a hit, but I would make icebox cookies,
or some dough that could be frozen, Tuesday or Wednesday. Then somebody
could slice them and pop them in the oven if the party shows signs of
going long.

This is true, but this meal also says that Janet is BACK.
If it was me I would ask one really good friend to come over Saturday
and help with the melon, and do some chopping and shredding.
