Zuchetti and meatballs.
I gave the zucchini a quick blanch before plating.
The meatballs were made of ground beef, veal, bread soaked in milk
then squeezed dry, garlic, parsley, basil and egg.

Yippie Skippie and I have leftovers. Hummm I think meatball sandwiches
