And yet I wasn't playing a game here. Neither was I asking for help. This
*is* a food newsgroup and I *was* making an observation about food. Two
weeks ago I commented on the very same shallots and how nice and mild they
were. I do not think that two weeks is a long amount of time and I wouldn't
think that in that amount of time the shallots got that much hotter. Then
again, it is possible that the shallots that I got were not all harvested at
the same time. I have more coming on Monday so we shall see.
