For dinner tonight, I plan to make some good, old fashioned shrimp and
grits

I scored a good buy on frozen shrimp a couple weeks ago
($6.99/lb for ~20-25 ct) at The Fresh Market. For the heck of it, I may
even make some 'shrimp cocktail' with my homemade cocktail sauce. There
are some frozen dinner roll dough balls that will get thawed and baked
(in the toaster oven), too. At least, those are my intentions for this
evening's meal!
