I went to the local militant co-op (PCC) where they were peddling organic
drumsticks $7 for 8 so I bit. Mock me all you want, I don't care. Can
anyone diagnose the problem with poor breading adherence? I soaked them
in egg+milk, then covered in panko, and fried as shown.
