Good for them. We have the law to recycle, but it is not enforced, no
inspections, etc. I was on the recycle committee in town when we
started over 20 years ago. It was kind of funny at the first meeting.
One of the women went on a rant about foam cups and how wasteful they
are. Then I asked her why she had a Bic disposable pen instead of a
refillable type. She shut up.
