Obviously I don't catch and fry fish on a riverbank But I do prefer
pan-frying rather than battering and deep frying in the kitchen. You
can turn out some really nice catfish by simply breading and pan frying.
Cod and other firm white fish, too. I don't mess with a lot of oil or
deep fryers.
