I love Fall. I love soup. And Fall is soup making weather to me. When I was
at the grocery store there was a nice portion of chuck steak in the "used
meat" bin. I immediately thought "soup" so today I'm making a hearty beef
and vegetable soup, minestrone style, only I'm not putting in any pasta.
Lower carb you know. I calculated it out and it comes to 5 carbs per cup.
It's not quite ready but I'm starving cause the house is smelling gooooood.
