Depends on what brand you buy. And even among brands what is in them will
vary. You can get some that say "mini". I wouldn't call them mini but they
are smaller than the regular kind. I can't remember the brand but they are
a reddish brown oval. I take the ones without copper because some studies
show that copper has been linked to Althzheimers.
