Default Bland lunch today

Actually they can be dressed up quite nicely. Add chopped green onion,
spinach, swirl in a raw egg to cook in the broth (or a chopped cooked
one), mushrooms. Good place for a bit of suriname or leftover shrimp.
Pan fry a little garlic to golden and add that.
