It was under my control and I knew I was getting it. I got confused because
I had been talking to my friend prior and she was telling me how she loved
butternut squash. So I looked up a recipe for that. Only after I went to
cut it open did I realize that it was not butternut. And yes, butternut is
easy to peel.

Mine now does the recipes online. I would for sure know what to do with
beets though. I *love* beets!
