What a great device. It produced a nice grate - not too fine and not too
coarse - and it took hardly any time. I would say without exaggeration that it
took 1/10 to 1/5 of the amount of work that the plane grater required for the
same amount of grated cheese. My only worry is whether the plastic thread on
the handle will hold up to the force, but after the first wedge of about 180g
of Zanetti it is okay.
