On work days I have more than 1500mg before 6 AM.
1 McD's sausage biscuit 1080mg
2 slices cheese 442mg
--------
1522mg

Lunch is probably 2000-3000, and dinner, another 1000-2000 or so.

So, I overshoot the sweet spot sometimes, but seldom undershoot.
