Cranberry Pie #2
Simple but delicious.
Serves 8.
280 Calories, 36 grams net carbs, 6 grams fat per slice.
2 cups cranberries
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
2 part pie crust
Combine the cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Pour the cranberries into the pie shell.
Put strips of pie crust over the top to form a lattice.
Bake at 400° F for 25 minutes.
