This recipe does call for butter as desired on the top but none in the
bread. And it can be baked in a casserole. So... Yay! I am already
envisioning the variations. But it does call for bread flour and I don't
have that. I know that King Arthur sells it online but can you get it in a
grocery store? Thanks!
