Thank you for posting this, that's great information.
I bought it mainly because it's non-GMO, gluten free, soy free and has
recognizable ingredients. I'm not all that crazy about the modified
food starch, but you can't have everything.
I don't use mayo that much and I usually make my own but it gets old
before it's all used up, so having this on hand is great.
