I guess the extra money is for all their airplane tickets to get up
here
Tomorrow morning, early, I will fire up the Weber until I have white
coals and then toss the peppers directly on the coals. The tedious
part comes with the peeling and de-seeding. I will surely appreciate
having them until next season rolls around.
Oh, I forgot, Whole Foods is offering them already roasted.
