(laugh) I never heard of a tire just springing a leak like
that. A slow leak, of course. But just to burst, no.

I don't mind climbing a ladder to paint a house. Moving
a gazillion wheelbarrows of mulch, I'll do that. I am not
defrosting a freezer. I hate it that much.
