Don't hate you

I guess I should have entitled or captured the second post differently
It was 'need help or suggestions'
"
My daughter and her family will be coming soon. The evening meals
will be shared equally between me and my ex's wife. (3 meals a piece)
We will all eat together. The temps will be at least in the 90s+.
Since their visit last year, my younger grandson (12) has become a
Pescetarian (almost for a year now). He believes fish have a better
life than farm-raised animals. My son-in-law got an illness that left
his body unaccepting of most proteins. Both my son-in-law and younger
grandson eat fish and dairy. The eldest grandson (16) is a meat eater
that enjoys meat whenever he can get it. My daughter has no food
hangups. My ex and his wife have no meat problems, but really do not
like Mexican food.
Breakfast and lunch are no problem. There are enough choices to meet
everyone's needs. Dinner main course is the head thumper. Ex's wife
is bound to serve salmon at least once as they fish the Pacific often.
I was thinking for one meal I could do brats/hamburgers for the
general crowd and some sort of fish filets (grilled as well) for fish
sandwiches. Rolls and all the fixings for hamburgers will work as
well for the fish folks. I've figured out salads, rice dishes,
macaroni dishes, fruit etc. I've got appetizers covered. But what
the heck do I fix for 2 evening meal main dish. I mentioned the
temperatures here because most likely we will be eating outside.
Help will much be appreciated.
