Or any of a gazillion other kinds of vinegar. I just bought a malt
vinegar for the first time yesterday and am looking forward to trying it
out - in what, I don't know, but I'll try it in something.

Lately, I am partial to rice wine vinegar in many things - I think it
adds a nice flavor and I even use it in places I wouldn't normally use
vinegar, e.g., as a seasoning in a sauteed dish or stir-fry.
