It's here! Record high temps today. We were amazed to see how many
vehicles have no AC. Took us far longer to get our shopping done today than
normal. Didn't think we'd ever get out of the line at the pharmacy. Seems
all of the regular staff was on vacation. Come to think of it, didn't
recognize any of the cashiers at Target or Costco either.

I didn't cook a thing. Made mac and cheese yesterday. The boxed kind.
Angela had that and coleslaw for dinner. Husband had pizza slices from
Albertsons. They were B1G1F. I haven't eaten yet. Will have a turkey
sandwich. Really wanted a bean burrito but will wait until later. Perhaps
it will have cooled off by then.
