Just wanted to say that hubby used half an avocado yesterday and
refrigerated it in a baggie. He didn't do anything special to it (no
pit, no coating the surface with lemon juice). Today, you'd never
know it wasn't freshly cut - so I'm having a hard time understanding
what all the problems and discussion about storing avocados is all
about.
