in summer I often make a delicious breakfast smoothie : a sliced
banana, a dessert spoonful of dry porrige oats (rolled Quaker sort),
half a cup (ish) of orange juice and same of plain yoghurt, 1 teaspoon
of malt extract. Whizz everything in smoothie maker jug till smooth and
drink.
