Yes, again. Get over it!

I purchased the Seattle Sourdough Ciabatta rolls again as they were the only
rolls (with ingredients I could eat) that Albertsons had in stock when I
bought them. But this pack was different. 6 pack. The others that I
bought on sale at Central Market were in a 4 pack. Perhaps something special
just for that sale? I think they were advertised as a new item.

This new pack has a totally different texture to the bread. It does have
holes but not nearly as big as the first pack. This bread is not at all
crumbly. I've had it for several days now. Only one roll left and no mold.
I love it and husband loves it.

So... My only conclusion was that the first package that I bought was in
some way not right. Why? I don't know. I would surmise that they needed
make more than usual and in a hurry for the sale and perhaps cut corners
somewhere? Or because it was a new item (if in fact it was, I can't swear
to it but I think so) they hadn't gotten the proverbial bugs worked out of
it.

At any rate, the bread I have now is an excellent product and I will for
sure be buying more if it continues to be like this!
