No, it's not. _Time_ magazine is not
a scientific journal. There are no
clinical studies which overturn the
scientific data that consumption of
saturated fat is a major risk factor
for cardiovascular disease.

One of the leading organizations
supporting research in cardiovascular
disease is the American Heart Association.
When they say it's okay to eat saturated
fats, I'll believe it.

But of course, that will NEVER happen.
There are few nutritional causes of
disease as well-supported by clinical
studies as the one between saturated fat
and cardiovascular disease.
